The ESMA E1002 automatic ultrasonic cleaning system is a single-tank, multi-function ultrasonic wash, rinse, and hot-air drying unit. The E1002 is available with integrated, heated storage tanks to hold, filter, and store cleaning solution and rinse water. A closed-process passivation system design cleans, rinses, passivates, re-rinses, and dries parts automatically, reducing labor and operator exposure to acids and chemicals. 
The ESMA E1002 ultrasonic pre-sterilization system is a fully-automated, single-tank unit with ultrasonic wash, ultrasonic rinse and hot air dry. The ESMA E1002 is the benchtop version of recessed model E397 and accommodates virtually any cassette, basket, or rack style instrument management system. At the push of a button, pre-heated solution is pumped into the tank, thoroughly removes contaminants from the instrument with high powered ultrasonics. The auto-rinse function then removes dragout contaminants eliminating the need for time-consuming tap rinsing. Finally, hot air drying effective dries instrument for immediate sterilization. Instruments are thoroughly pre-sterilized, labor costs are reduced, and productivity is increased.
Introduction
The Model E1002 ultrasonic washer is equipped to run timed cycles of clean, rinse and dry. The unit is housed in a 304 stainless steel cabinet. The tank is manufactured from SS 316 with 6 double potting transducers mounted on the bottom. The tank is fitted with a SS hinged cover, which houses the fans and heaters for air drying. An OMRON PLC is located in the tank cabinet which automatically controls the cleaning process. Indicator lights on the front of the unit monitor the flow of the cleaning process.
The Power Module contain self-tuning modular circuit boards, high velocity fans to cool the electronics, and a RFI filter to eliminate any high frequency interference.
