ESMA-SHINE E105 is a mildly alkaline blended solution. When used with ESMA ultrasonic cleaning equipment, this ultrasonic cleaning solution will aid in the removal of surface soils and will bring a clean and bright shine to Dental, and Medical Labs' instruments.

Ultrasonic Cleaning Chemicals: Industrial Applications

Esma E205 is a concentrated chemistry of near-neutral alkaline builders, particle dispersants, water conditioners, polymers, and deteregents formulated to penetrate and remove the most stubborn oil, grease, ink, and other tough shop soils. This formulation will safely clean parts prior to electroplating, anodizing, painting, or other coating processes. Esma E205 is highly recommended for aluminum, zinc, ferrous alloys, and plastic. Esma E205 will improve product appearance, eliminate rework, and increase labor productivity — it’s the right solution.

E205 was engineered to thoroughly clean metal surfaces before painting or treating the metal with another coating process. Using this solution in an Esma ultrasonic cleaner will prep the metal by completely deburring and polishing it, removing any contamination that could otherwise end up compromising the quality of a coat of paint.

E205 is safe for use on soft metals such as zinc, aluminum, brass, or copper and will not corrode or tarnish these substrates. This formula has been proven to outperform other cleaners and it is very easy to handle.

Esma Citra Shine E215 Esma Citra Shine is a concentrated blend of citric acid and detergent ingredients to remove metal oxides, salts and inorganic residues. Esma Citra Shine also removes tarnish and brightens copper and brass components, and descales, desmuts, and deoxidizes aluminum and electronic components. Esma Citra Shine also removes rust and heat scale from ferrous metal surfaces. Because of its acidity use of an acid-resistant tank is recommended.

This is a mildly acidic cleaning solution. When used in conjunction with ESMA ultrasonic cleaning and rinsing units, Instant Ultrasonics provides exceptional removal of cement from stainless steel dental and medical lab instruments and equipment.

ESMA Instant Ultrasonics is formulated for use in ESMA dental ultrasonic cleaners and washers. Instant Ultrasonics is suitable for use on certain brass and stainless steel (not recommended on copper and most aluminums). ESMA Instant Ultrasonics is not a concentrate and is ready to use. Can be used directly in ultrasonic tanks and can be re-used for many days. Ultrasonic treatment times may vary from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning. ESMA Instant Ultrasonics is not recommended for use on plated instruments.

Ultrasonic Cleaning Chemicals: Dental and Medical

ESMA Tarter Cleaner E373 is a mildly acidic cleaning solution. ESMA E373 is a specially formulated solution for cleaning tartar accumulation on dentures and removing temporary or permanent cement on bridge work or crowns. ESMA E373 also cleans retainers, correctors, frankel and sagittal appliances, Schwartz plates, and bionators. Can be used ultrasonically or soaking.

E373 is made ready to use, so do not dilute.

E373 is the perfect tartar cleaner for use in ultrasonic tanks, because that is exactly what it was designed for! The solution will clean and polish dentures to restore their finish and remove the buildup of tough or gritty tarter that comes with time. Anyone using E373 should be careful to avoid any skin contact as this mildly acidic formula may cause irritation.
