The ESMA process
"We Move The Liquids, Not The Parts."
Our process transfers heated detergents, acids, and rinse water from covered storage tanks into a single ultrasonic process chamber. The liquids can be filtered and reused while the parts remain securely in place.
That reduces chemical handling and supports consistent cleaning, passivation, rinsing, and drying cycles, with each storage tank covered and vented.
